a) What are Game Credits?
Game Credits are used to top up your in-game currency for purchase of in-game cash items such as weapons, costumes, etc.
M1 Games Online offers M1 customers the convenience of purchasing Game Credits via SMS or Web. Game Credits purchase via SMS is available for M1 GSM Postpaid customers only. Game Credits purchase via Web is available for both M1 GSM Postpaid customers and M1 Home Broadband customers. Purchase of Game Credits will be charged to your M1 bill.
You will receive a Serial Number as well as Password after you purchase Game Credits.
b) Can I purchase Game Credits if I am not an M1 customer?
Non-M1 customers will not be able to purchase Game Credits via SMS or Web but can visit M1 Shop to purchase physical Game Credit cards.

d) I am an M Card customer. Can I purchase Game Credits via SMS or Web?
SMS and Web purchase of Game Credits is currently available to M1 GSM Postpaid customers only. M Card customers can visit M1 Shop to purchase physical Game Credit cards.
e) Can I cancel my Game Credits purchase?
Once Game Credits are sold/delivered to the customer, they are considered consumed. Cancellation and refund are not applicable.
f) Is there any expiry on the Game Credits?
Game Credits purchased via SMS or Web do not have an expiry date. Physical Game Credit cards are usually valid for 2 years.
g) Can Game Credits be used in all games on M1 Games Online?
Yes, the Game Credits purchased can be used in all games on M1 Games Online.
h) What is the daily or monthly limit for purchase of Game Credits via SMS or Web?
There is a daily limit of $53.50. If you have reached the daily limit, please try to purchase again the following day.
There is also a monthly limit of $107.00. If you have reached the monthly limit, please try to purchase again the following month. |

a) How do M1 GSM Postpaid customers purchase Game Credits via SMS?
- Send SMS "buycredit" to 146055002 using M1 postpaid SIM card.
- Receive SMS listing Game Credit amounts available for purchase.
- Reply stating the Game Credits option chosen, e.g. "1".
- Receive confirmation SMS for the selected item.
- Reply "Y" to confirm the transaction or "N" to cancel the transaction.
- Receive SMS with the Serial Number and Password of the Game Credits purchased.

b) What happens if I delete the SMS with the Serial Number and Password?
You can request for the Serial Number and Password again. Simply SMS "buycredit" to 146055002. Select "5" in your reply to view the last SMS purchase record. |

a) How do M1 GSM Postpaid and M1 Home Broadband customers purchase Game Credits via Web?
- Click on "Game Credits" link on M1 Games Online.
- Log in to your M1 account. M1 Home Broadband customers can log in to their ADS account
- Select the Game Credits amount you wish to purchase.
- Click on "Yes" to confirm the transaction or "Cancel" to cancel the transaction.
- The Serial Number and Password of Game Credits purchased will be displayed.

b) What happens if I forget the Serial Number and Password?
- Click on "Game Credits" link on M1 Games Online.
- Log in to your M1 account or ADS account
- Select "History" to view the transaction history. The history will display the Serial Number and Password of the Game Credits purchased.

a) How do I reload the Game Credits after I have made my purchase?
